As a result, retailers and CPGs lack real-time, in-store analytics, limiting their ability to deliver targeted advertising, optimize operations, and understand shopper behavior at the point of decision.

The Solution

KwikKart solves this by turning the in-store experience into a measurable, data-driven ecosystem. Through real-time capture of shopper behavior and store context, it enables CPGs to target and influence decisions at the point of purchase. The result is closed-loop attribution from impression to conversion, unlocking new revenue streams for retailers and delivering more relevant, frictionless experiences for consumers.

My Role

As CPO at KwikKart, I led the company’s product vision and execution, shaping both the product and the business behind it. I built the foundational business model, defined expansion pillars, and guided the progression from MVE to MVP. My role included owning roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, driving product delivery, building the foundation of the design, and establishing key partnerships to support long-term growth.
